Low Cleanliness Standards
When I checked in, it was very obvious that my bedding was not changed from the previous guests. Blankets and pillowcases were covered in hair and stains. When I asked, they sent someone up to change it, and the housekeeper that did said that the woman who cleans these rooms is known for not changing the bedding. So, these shortcuts are apparently accepted on the property, but think about what's unclean that you can't see that they can get away with not cleaning even easier. The fridge in my room was also unclean with crumbs/liquid all over from the previous guest. There is also no 'do not disturb' sign, so I asked the front desk to make a note for housekeeping to not disturb until check-out as I wanted to sleep in. This did not work as housekeeping came into my room at about 8:45 (I said I wouldn't be checking out until 11) and they came again anyway at 9:30. They seemed very annoyed that people aren't checking out early, even though you have the room until 11. So you have no way of choosing your own time to wake up if you stay here.

Only stayed 1 night as we were passing through this time. Very friendly service. For example requested parking when booked and was called so I would know there was no parking spots left (somehow they received my request but not my actual room booking from Expedia!). Was directed to nearby parkinglot. Be aware that depending on your room there is a bit if going up with 1 elevator crossing to another building and taking a 2nd elevator. Was not there long enough but would stay again as apartment was well equipped and served our needs.
