A wonderful hotel. Very clean, great food, excellent swimming pool. The operations manager Arindam is a problem solver. We are from FL, USA. Grew up in Bangalore. Stayed there for two weeks with my wife. Nice and clean property. Overall was good. Close to most commercial areas. Staff was good some were excellent except for Harish Chauhan at the entrance of buffet breakfast who should not be at a “5 star” restaurant especially not working with the guests. Last year stayed at Leela palace. This visit it was not available for two weeks. Except for the bad experience with this guy, I would definitely consider staying again at this hotel next year.

this has perhaps the worst experience i have had in a 5 star in India , it was shocking to see the staff shabbily presented , rude , the coffee shop was actually dirty , food at the buffet was cold and stale, the staff hygiene was bad , and they had no manners ! the room floor was damp , towels damp , the heater pot did not work , the lobbly was filled with noisy guest ordering take away it is surprising that the senior management could see all this but did not care .
