It's an older hotel more of a three star than anything. The location is outstanding. The service is fantastic. The rooms are nice and large, but I think you can do better. You have to go across the street for breakfast. There's nothing wrong with the property just not any better than a three star.

Exquisite Hotel in Perfect Location
The stay was perfect! The location could not possibly have been better. The staff members were kind and helpful. The breakfast that was included--at a nearby restaurant--was delicious. I have told everyone I know that this is the place to stay. It took seconds to walk to stores in the Plaka. And a variety of excellent restaurants were immediately in front of the hotel. We were on the third floor which was quite a trek, but management carried our luggage up and down for us. If you have "climbing" problems, request the first floor.

The location of this hotel was perfect. We booked a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the acropolis. The hotel is conveniently located in the Plaka neighborhood on a plaza with many dining options. It is easily walkable to all the major sites in Athens. The service was also very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the airport transfer for our arrival for an additional charge. It was definitely worth it for convenience and yo make finding the hotel easy.

Second time weve stayed here. The BEST possible location if looking to stay in Plaka. 5 minute stroll to the Acropolis. Charming, beautiful "old-Athens" building. You are dead center in the center of Plaka square and surrounded by everything you can want food and shopping wise. I’d shop and run it to my room and then go back out. The bedding was comfy and the fridge was very nice. No elevator so there will be stairs but they bring all your suitcases up for you. I’d definitely stay again and I’d opt for the balcony.
