A lovely hotel well located in Arica lust a short walk from central shops, restaurants, the cathedral and museum. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and keen to please. The hotel has no lift but the staff were keen to help with the bags. Parking was free with a secure carpark just a block away.

Very nice and clean modern hotel with great amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great shower with abundant and consistent hot water. Nice rooftop bar with view and some food selections. One of the better places to stay in Arica.

Misleading
The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was small with no ventilation, poor air-conditioning. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep. Three flights up to the room and another flight to the morning breakfast area. The breakfast included fried or scrambled eggs, limited fruit selection, one kind of juice (tropical fruit) muffins, toast and some cold cuts. The location is near the pedestrian walk way that has many shops, restaurants etc. The pool on the 4th floor was small and not very clean looking; there are lounge chais and tables but NO shade!

Hotel boutique en el centro de Arica
Moderno y bonito hotel boutique en el centro de Arica. Personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Decoración de estilo moderno. Minimalista pero a la vez acogedora y funcional. Recomendamos reservar la habitación superior, muy espaciosa y luminosa. Perfecto para descubrir Arica a pie. Cerca de todo lo que hay que ver y a menos de 5 minutos andando de la calle 21 de mayo, la peatonal donde se ubican la mayoría de tiendas y restaurantes. Cien por cien recomendable.
