Bo hotel ok

Excellent location really friendly staff. Very small claustrophobic room. Stained mattress protector but otherwise very clean. Very good value for one or two nights whilst visiting the arena. Excellent bar and eatery associated with the hotel

Bo Quirky

Overall a pleasant hotel with comfy beds, close to the stadium (underneath) and restaurants and shopping centre so location is amazing. However due to this the room is a bit cosy (beds face the window and tricky to walk between the end and the window. Also no room for a cupboard for clothes/hot water facilities. So the idea is to use the O Leary's restaurant which you have to go to to check in which once done was ok and to be fair handled well by the staff who cover both. Staff were pleasant and friendly and happy to help.

We arrived at the time the email said we could check in and we could not get in. The sign on the door said it did not open for several more hours. No one was around. We were unable to reach a person by phone. The hotel was literally underneath the soccer arena and not convenient to the city center. We bailed and stayed at another hotel.

To check in hotel you have to go into the Boston restaurant but that isn’t open during summer so you have to go across into O’Learys. Most of the time there is no one to help you, it’s all done self service. We wanted to store our luggage, as its states on their site that it is an option, but no one was working to facilitate that. We came to the reception in O’Learys at 9:30 am, not opened, then came back at 11:30 am since check out was at 12 and still no one working. I found someone not affiliated with the hotel but somehow worked at Olearys, who opened the coat check room so we could leave our bags for a few hours. They do offer a breakfast which is in the empty restaurant with no one working so you just awkwardly walk in the empty restaurant to help yourself. It was one of the most uncomfortable and awkward hotel experiences. This hotel works if you want zero interaction, extras, and you’re doing something specifically at Globen otherwise it’s a waste of money to stay there.

Obefintlig service, inkluderad kontinental frukost visade sig vid incheck ändrad till liten kaffe med liten macka på espresso house i annan byggnad. Sammantaget känns det som ett vandrarhem på en tågstation nere i Europa och inte hotell.

Perfekt övernattningsrum om man ska på något event på området. Det är Olearys som sköter incheckningen osv så finns ingen direkt hotellpersonal. Bra storlek på rummen och väldigt tyst. Frukosten är i form av kuponger på espresso house i intilliggande gallerian.

Frukosten var en stor besvikelse

BO Hotell har det bästa läget om man ska till 3Arena! Sängarna är sköna, rummen är fräscha och personalen är hjälpsam. Dock blev jag väldigt besviken över att frukostbuffén var borttagen och ersatt med frukost på Espresso House. Först får man gå en promenad för att hämta en frukost som var var strikt; en liten valfri kaffe, en fralla och en yoghurt eller smoothie eller juice, inget gick att byta ut mot något annat (ex fralla mot en bulle). Jag förstår att det kanske är svårt och kostsamt att fixa frukostbuffé för gästerna, då det bara finns i 12 rum. Men mitt förslag är att man tillagar frukost efter gästens önskemål (naturligtvis begränsat med alternativ) som lämnas en vecka före ankomst, dagen före eller i samband med bokning av hotellet. Om man missar att önska, får man en frukost som består av det som flest människor brukar beställa.
