This property is family owned and run and they are lovely people. Matthew the owner was so friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity ideas and even sent a message on the date of arrival my room was ready at 11am instead of 4pm. The property itself is so pretty and clean and comfortable. I also met great people staying there and will definitely be back.

Being in the hotel business myself for over 40 years, I would highly recommended The Lofts for your stay in St.Pete Beach. Our stay at The Lofts was beyond excellent and exceeded our expectations. Our rooom was spacious and having a kitchenette was great, we appreciated the ground coffee and coffee maker. Parking was free and easy, the ice machine by the pool was very convenient and the water filtered. It's a lovely colorful property with a great heated pool and comfortable lawn chairs along with pool noodles and floats.

This place is a 10/10 in my book. Matthew and Marcela have a wonderful place with an eye on details and amenities. The pool was fantastic, the bathroom bedroom and kitchen were spotless and everything is new. The owners have a great knowledge of places to go for food, drinks, exercise and good times. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in SBP 2 blocks to Upham Beach and walk to ALL the restaurants then try The Lofts at St Pete Beach New owners Matt and Marcella are great people just a text or phone call away if needed. Choose from studio or one and two bedroom apartments with a Key West vibe Clean, newly remodeled and the king size bed was a dream!
