We stay here since it was close to the us consulate, but the hotel has an amazing location, you have everything close by and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, they have free parking and the staff were very friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. It is nit new but they keep it in fair state and most important very clean with a fair price.

The only problem at this property is that constant barking of the Dogs at night

Excellent place for a great value
Hotel is in very good condition. Room and furniture is well maintained. AC in room wasn’t on when we walked in, that got me worry for a bit, but after running the AC for sometime the room got very comfortable. It actually got chilly during the night. Location is perfect, access to restaurants and bars within walking distance and easy access to taxis or Uber. Our room was facing the Main Street (Paseo Montejo) and we didn’t have any noise problems. The downside. The beds are really small, queen beds are really full. Hallways do not have AC, as soon you walk out of your room you get hit by the heat.

4/10 Fair

Great location. BUT: Hard beds, not sufficient coolness in room, street dogs living in the back of the hotel barking all night long. Not a 4 star hotel, remotely.

The location of this property is perfect. Beautiful houses, next to the Monumento a la Patria, many dining options. The downside are the outdated bathrooms.

The location is ideal for walking around Montejo and centro. Staff are helpful and gracious. Restaurant food is ok, service a bit slow. The dining room can get a bit noisy if there is a large group. The terrace is an alternative.

I was really lucky, picked the Hotel Victoria because my convention hotel (Fiesta Americana) was overbooked. Stayed with them for a week, and I got a much better deal than my fellow travelers. Convenient walk on Paseo Montejo to the seminar, and I was treated with personal service by a kind staff. I’d highly recommend to anyone for short or long stay.

I stayed only one night & I didn’t eat at the restaurant there, the room was clean, bed is fine mattress semi firm, pillows too soft not good to sleep on, shower pressure is ok, they put only two small bottle of water if you need more you have to pay ( ridiculous) , parking in the back is fine. little noisy if your room is facing the main road .

Everything was wonderful. The beds and pillows were first rate. The staff was lovely, especially the night time woman named Estrella (sp) Michelle. They don't wear name tags so I'm not sure of her spelling. We stayed 10 nights and plan to return.

6/10 Good

Yeah.. No. I thought i would be adventurous because it hzd good ratings but no.. im in my room hoping to close my eyes and wake up to check out. If you are missing the 80´s than come stay here! The rooms are borderline clean. First look not bad, second look think twice. The shower head is the worst i have seen in 20 years in roughly 10 countries. Good luck washing hair. Everything spurts out in tiny water streams that are far apart from each other. Terrible. The parking in the back is good - secure. They have a laundry service without fees.. called front desk but no answer. I cant wait to leave. Loud loud room - and usually noise does not bother me.
