Nice hotel located neat the beach and promenade
This is a nice hotel with friendly staff, a nice poolarea, good varied food and good cleaning of the room. Small, but cosy singleroom with balcony. Great location ,a few minutes from the beach and promenade. Nice to walk on the promenade in both directions, especially when the sun sets which is a very beatiful view.

The stay was great and the property was beautiful. However, we had an incident where a member of our party was stabbed in the leg by a loose spring in the bed. We brought this up to the staff member on duty (Michael) who brushed it off, did nothing to help, and told us to simply go back to our room and flip the mattress over. This lack of professionalism and hospitality was extremely disappointing and upsetting.

Not very good value for money
Hotel was good start at first so when I got to the room you could barely even walk in. I know I’m only a solo traveller but it is nice to be able to get changed in your room. I got woken up twice by cleaning staff at 8:30 then 9 am which is not a big deal but they just walk in and not understand people do sleep. Gym equipment is very old so if you’re looking for a gym stay somewhere else as you can tell there was 0 investment in it for at least 10 years. The lifts were beyond awful, very gritty on the outside and I pressed the buzzer 3 times and was standing on my floor for 15 minutes when trying to leave on my third night out. I wouldn’t mind but I was on floor 7 so it was very difficult. Overall not the best experience due to the cleaning staff and the gym which ruined it for me. The pool is nice and the surrounding area.

An sich eine perfekte Unterkunft für ein paar Tage am Ballerman. Sauber und renovierte Zimmer. Restaurant ist nur Durchschnittlich. Abendessen war nicht so gut. Aber das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr frech. Will unbedingt zeigen dass sie kein Bock auf Ballerman touristen. Lassen einen unnötig lange warten.

Eine gute Wahl für meinen Marathon Lauf in Palme. ÖPVN hervorragend ab Balinero 8, sei es in die Stadt oder zum nahe gelegenen Flughafen. Zimmer modern und praktisch, auch das kleine Bad war völlig in Ordnung. Essen war auch gut und vielfältig egal ob morgens oder abends. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und offenkundig hatten die auch Spaß untereinander.Strand 5 Minuten entfernt und wer unbedingt zum Ballermann möchte der ist auch gleich um die Ecke.Zum Glück hatte ich mit einem Eckezimmer auch Ruhe vor den Partygängern.

7 Zimmer für 3 Nächte gehabt. Gruppenbesuch Ballermann… Zimmer alle ordentlich und sauber, relativ klein aber ausreichend. Sehr schönes Bad mit großer, flacher Dusche. Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung, typisches Hotel frühstück eben, leider ist das Wasser und der Kaffee mit Leitungswasser, was man schmeckt (Chlor). Insgesamt aber zufrieden und weiter zu empfehlen.
