Great location, average place
The location is ideal for access to the beach. The rooms are just ok. There were two beds in our room and the single bed was old, uncomfortable and miss-shapen. The staff was nice! It would be nice if they offered coffee in a dispenser at a common location for guests.

The hotel is well located. However other than a very basic and small room there are no other services. Not even coffee inside the hotel. The hotel did not honor the Expedia reservation, cancelling it without alerting us nor Expedia, and upon check in time, they asked us to do so with a new reservation directly with the hotel and at a higher price.

Instalaciones muy buenas, el servicio excelente, personal muy amable, habitación súper cómoda, la piscina muy linda, lo único que no me gustó fue el manejo del aire acondicionado, ya que en la madrugada se apagó y no quiso prender de nuevo, e incluso al entrar a la habitación nos tuvo que ayudar uno del personal porque no prendia, funcionó un rato y ya luego de la nada se apagó aún teniendo la llave. Fuera de eso es un hotel que realmente vale la pena visitar y sin duda pienso volver

Es un hotel agradable con lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, en lo único que yo pondría énfasis es en la recepción, la recepción es la cara bonita de cualquier negocio, en este sentido cuidaría la amabilidad para recibir, la mayoría de las chicas parece que están de mal humor. 😅😅😅, si regresaría de mil amores por el hotel. Solo a cuidar la recepción. Gracias 😃😃😃

La recepción fue muy poco atenta incluso grosera pues las chica que nos atendió estaba más interesada en la platica con su compañera que en atendernos , nos dejaron una habitación que más bien parecía una covacha sin entrada de luz , de haberlo sabido nunca hubiera rentado esa habitación, además una limpieza muy pobre

My room doesn't have a outside window. The window in the picture is to the corridor so even if you want to sleep there is still light in your room. Next door(inside of the hotel) is a small counter to sell snacks and I'm 5 meters away from the front desk I can hear people work on something at 6am in the morning and people talking around 10pm. There is a switch for hot water, if you didn't turn on the switch long enough before your shower you water will get cold very soon. I lost the key (a non-contact magnetic card) and they charged me for 250 pesos. The pros are the room is basic clean and the staffs are nice.
