One of the cheapest in the area but it was definitely worth it. Enjoyed my stay. This is my new go-to for my visits to the area.

I personally think this location is overrated and over priced. The walls are paper thin and the floors squeek. The beds are very flimsy and uncomfortable. There seems to be alot of locals living at this location as well. Be very observant of your credit card charges at this location. They do not match hotels.com information. I have used hotels.com over 300 times and have never had this issue. They don't explain the trash situation clearly. You have to talk your trash all the way outside to a very unsanitary dumpster. DURING OUR STAY VENUS WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I will probably skip this hotel my next trip to Concord. Very over priced and underwhelming.

DO NOT STAY If i could give a negative star I would This is the worse place ive ever stayed. I was supposed to stay 5 nights but only stayed 1 1/2 because my room was infested with roaches. As soon as I saw the swarm of roach in my bathroom I called the front desk. Their systems were down so there was nothing that the lady at the desk could for me. I wasn't offered another room (not that i would have taken it), I tried to call corporate but they don't have a customer service area everything is handled at property. So I was not able to get a refund and they offered no help nor seem to care what happened to me. Luckily I could afford to stay somewhere else while they get their systems back up(I recommend the Sonesta Charlotte). And neverminding the terrible customer service from staff that looks like they obviously don't want to be there, I was not allowed to bring my sweet darling pit pup (service dog trianed and registered) because they had a policy against aggressive breeds but had a huge poodle (an actual aggressive breed) and Chihuahua (the only dog that truly deserves the title aggressive breed). Still dealing with the situation 5hrs later because the systems at location are down and corporate is so completely removed they were no help at all not matter what department you call into. I was never refunded my money instead I was charged for the money I was supposed to be refunded on top of the money I already paid for my reservation. The hotel and corporate again no help

Good hotel for the price & friendly staff. Although WiFi never connected to my devices & over half the tv channels never got a signal even after the GM put in a ticket for a reboot. Bed mattresses could use replacing…boarder line no cushioning.

Super friendly, clean & fulfilled our long weekend needs having a full size refrigerator & stove top. The only negative was the “stink bugs” they were in all 3 of our rooms. They explained how they have attempted to rid the problem and even vacuumed the room when we were away for the day. Hopefully they find a service to prevent this from reoccurring

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel charges for pots and pans and silverware even though they are an extended stay hotel with a stove and refrigerator.
