The cabinet drawers were busted and missing the fronts in my room. There was no remote control so the TV could not be operated. By 11 o’clock at night there was no staff on the premises. No one answered the phone at the front desk either. I asked for a full refund and I’m hoping to get it.

Room sparse, no lamps, bed on 4 supports a foot off the floor (never have seen that at a hotel), blood stains on sheet, cigarette burns on comforter, cig stains on vanity in bathroom, room smelled like smoke (room was nonsmoking). Lobby small and secure – couldn’t get info hotel without room key (a weird feeling). Seems geared towards long term stays of temp workers for local projects.

Check-in took a while because we had to call for the only person working to come to the front desk. It took 10 minutes. Young man was very pleasant and processed quickly once he arrived to front desk. Room was basic, clean and a bit run down. It is what I expected at the price point.

Not very clean or comfortable

Dead bugs on bathroom floor, drywall/paint peeling around the shower from water damage with mold all over it, mattresses extremely uncomfortable, room smelled damp and musty, hallways and elevator had a weird smell also. I understand you get what you pay for and this place was definitely on the cheaper side, but i still feel that some of these issues should have been addressed before booking a guest.

This hotel smells awful. We entered our room, noticed a dresser drawer was missing, cigarette butts on the counter, a wall completely covered in an unknown substance, and when we opened the fridge a roach fell out onto the floor. We checked in and checked out in about 5 minutes. We immediately realized that we had made a mistake. Drove 3 hours home instead.

Bad experience

This was a truly terrible experience. The hotel claimed that our reservation was canceled due to overbooking. We hadn’t received any prior communication, but they insisted they had already notified us via email. When I mentioned that I hadn’t received any email and asked to use the Wi-Fi to check my inbox, they even denied me access, saying I wasn’t a hotel guest. In desperation, I went to a nearby McDonald’s to use their Wi-Fi and booked another hotel through their website. Unfortunately, due to the last-minute reservation, we ended up staying at a worse hotel for the same price. I definitely won’t be booking this hotel again.

The property was absolutely disgusting. One room we were offered was said to have been cleaned and was covered in dark spots and random puddles of hair (clearly not cleaned well). The other room smelled awful which was apparently due to the carpet being recently cleaned. The only bright side was Conny who worked there. She was understanding and made no excuses for how poorly the rooms were kept. During my stay I overheard someone say that something was stolen from their truck. This was a run-down place with poor facilities and rooms even at a two-star rating. Highly reccomend booking elsewhere.

Arrived to find that someone cancelled my booking. Then, had to wait to see if another room was available. After 40 minutes of giving front desk information. The computer "crashed" and I was asked to come back in about an hour or two. THAT, was not good. I return to finally get checked into a room at 7pm. ( intially, I arrived at 4:30) I wish I knew this hotel was an " extended stay" hotel. Never saw those words on the website. The place is located in a very nice area, which made me think the hotel would also be nice. Boy, was I wrong. Run down. People moving out. Marijuana smell. Cigarette stale smoke lingered in my room, the hall. Bed was a platform, unusaual for a hotel and uncomfortable. No food service, breakfast. No amenities what so ever. I was shocked coming from a Hotels.com hotel. Ive always had nice, clean amenity serviced hotels with them. TV didnt work. Young nice man at the front desk had to get a cable to connect it for me! My bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke coming from the sink. Yelling in the hall around 3am. Loud talking outside my window around 1am. Couldnt go back to sleep. That hotel has no business being in that nice area. Its deceptive. I do not recommend anyine staying here, unless you're desperate. Very unpleasant, surprising unknown details that were left out of the description on the web site.
