Very nice hotel in a very good location, close to ”everything” in Vienna. Very service minded staff, both in the reception and at the excellent breakfast, which is served in the roof-top bar. The staff was particularly the concierge was loved, and they were very accommodating at the restaurant, and the food was delicious The restaurant is next to a small rooftop swimming pool and it’s a wonderful oasis. Quick walk to the opera cc Museum about 10 minutes away and Saint Stephen’s.

It was a decent stay for sure this hotel has been a staple for many of my stays. However the recent change of what’s provided for bottled water has shocked me. They offered Thalheim Heilwasser in the past an absolute amazing product that truly embodies healthy living and healing properties for a much lesser product for bottled water.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in Vienna and truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Grand Ferdinand. The staff were absolutely wonderful—special thanks to Kostas, who took great care of us during breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. In the evening, the breakfast area transforms into a vibrant rooftop bar with a great atmosphere and a delicious cocktail selection. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Vienna! The only downside for us was that the room gets quite bright early in the morning due to sunlight coming in. But if you bring a sleep mask, you’ll be just fine.

Lovely stay with some small issues

We enjoyed our stay, however the marble around the sink was not very well cleaned the first two days. And there is some dust under the sink. There should have been a small table to our sofa as there are glases in the room where do we put them when we sit in the sofa? Shower was excellent. And the breakfast. We did also lack shelves to keep our stuff on.
