Not as good as expected

We were frustrated for over an hour waiting to get our room. It's very usual I got free drink vocher at the bar while waiting for the room in other hotels, but i got nothing.this time. The cleaness of main pool toilets weren't good. The coffee machine of breakfast buffet really needs an upgrade.

Beautiful Quiet Hotel

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is in a quiet peaceful area of Imerovigli. It did take a minute to get use to driving uphill. We had a beautiful sunrise view. The breakfast and lunch we had there was delicious, way better than the expensive restaurants. We would stay here again when visiting Santorini.

I loved the fact that the hotel was in a quite,private location but still reachable fast to all the attractions. As much as the hotel was great, the best thing about my expirience was the front desk worker- Lala. We arrived only for 2 full days to the island and she helped me greatly with the trip plan, made an extra effort to book us the best places and really made this trip an unforgetable one.
