I cancelled with plenty of notice and was refused option to move dates or refund my costs. Not very helpful or understanding. I had a sick relative that could not attend so we wanted to move dates. Awful customer service

Trata-se de um hostel diferenciado, fenomenal. Atendimento supremo. O staff é muito competente e altamente gabaritado. Os quartos possuem APENAS 2 beliches e banheiro privativo com chuveiro excelente.
