It was great for what we needed. Very convenient to restaurants and Petco Park, which is why we were in San Diego. There is a parking lot next to the hotel that has many homeless people around and also had loud music from a car with many people out partying at 3:30am. The room is oddly shaped so the AC is hard to feel. There is also construction going on in the hotel, which actually wasn't too bad. All in all ẁas good, but would probably stay somewhere with a pool next time.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of the Gaslamp district. Convenient to a lot of sights, restaurants and shops. The only reason I would probably not stay here again is it was very loud at night until the wee hours. That’s just not my jam anymore. I wouldn’t stay in the Gaslamp district again. If you’re going to stay in this area, this is a great hotel!

This place is cool in downtown , easy walk to a lot of places. I don’t want to leave a positive review because I don’t want prices to increase and people to book this place before I can. It is perfect for a cozy room , love the lay out simple. The staff is freaking rad and great attitudes. I will put one disclaimer there is no on site parking so you have to park one light over but the walk is not bad, the homeless is pretty bad around the area but it doesn’t effect the hotel.

PROS: The staff were outstanding and the complimentary beverage offered at check in was nice! We did not have a car and found the location to be ideal. Close to stadium, waterfront, restaurants and convenience stores. For those with pets it's pet friendly. CONS: The carpets in the hallways looked a little tired, elevator was slow and walls are thin.

The staff was extremely friendly and the welcome beverage at check-in was a nice surprise. The location was perfect, made everything very walkable. The gym/pool access down the street was top notch. We had a king room with a sofa bed and while the king was great, the fold out sofa mattress was terrible. Bathroom was pretty small and there wasn’t much room to hang clothes or put things in drawers, if you care about those things. Overall, I’d recommend it as long as you don’t need the sofa bed.
