Very nice hotel! It was a bit older but kept in very good shape. The cleaning staff appear to be excellent and it was obvious that they took the time to clean every nook and cranny in the rooms. It's only a quick 20 minute walk to catch the tram to Dollywood, and I would suggest taking the route across the river, and walking along the path by the campground, it's beautiful. If you want to where you catch the tram, you can also park at Veterans Park, it looks pretty safe there.

It was a great place to stay. We took our grandkids and they loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. The staff was friendly and courteous. The housekeepers cleaned our room very promptly each day and did a very good job. I would recommend staying here. The only downside was the breakfast area was kind of small for the number of guests that stay there. Got crowded during the mornings but the breakfast served was very good.
