This hotel was not clean. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes smoking. The key didn’t work most of the time, we had to go back and forth to the reception to have the key replaced. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice though.

Won’t be back

There was an odor in the room, a mixture of cigarette smoke, cooking smells, and mold. Sleeping overnight resulted in raw throat and sinus congestion. Our room was in the back where staff routinely smoked cigarettes, it was secluded back there and there were persons lingering in parked cars.

The staff was not friendly. The man who checked us in was not friendly. Breakfast was dry packaged food. A staff member was cleaning the tables while were seating. She continued to clean while the customers were eating breakfast. Why were the tables cleaned prior to breakfast time. I will not choose this hotel again. It was worth the price I paid for.

The whole place had an odor and many things in our room were broken. We tried to lock our room door and the lock came off in my son’s hand. The pictures are misleading. Don’t be fooled. Dirty pool, dirty hallways and smells like curry

The pool was filthy, not heated, and we could see things floating in it and visible dirt on bottom of pool. Their pool has not been filtered or cleaned out in a long time. All hallways were filthy and nasty. We could smell Indian spices and curry in the hallways. Breakfast was a joke - all packaged, to-go items. No hot food. Not worth the money.

There was no heat in the room and the window was broken and wouldn’t set all the way and I paid a good amount of money for my stay and I’m not pleased with being cold during the night. And there was only an ac unit in the room, I would like a refund for the inconvenience

Not worth the money. Unsafe in my opinion.

Not well maintained. Paint chipping in the bathroom. Small tub in room. Smelled like pot although smoking not allowed. Small refrigerator. Towels not replaced regularly nor the same amount of towels each time. Biggest complaint is the outside door that leads to the rooms, although they had the slot for the room keys to open it, was never locked or required a key. Anyone could just open it and roam the halls.

Bugs!!!

Please listen to what the bad reviews have to say. We saw bugs that we had to kill in the entrance of the room. We saw dead bugs at checkin and it is the same room where you get your free continental breakfast. Soo we definitely did not eat their breakfast. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet paper was cheap because every single time I wiped, it ripped. We paid 600 dollars for 3 nights and it is not worth it. I would rather pay 100 or more to not go through that again. So please listen to the bad reviews because everything the other people say is true.
