While it is conveniently located, there are ZERO amenities. We got exactly one packet of coffee to use in the in-room coffee maker, and had to walk 3 blocks to a coffee shop. The room was OK—no frills—but the bedding was skimpy—it was cold—and the pillows must have been stuffed with rocks.

The room and beds were very clean. It's a motel so the entrance to each room is from the outside. It was close to downtown Boulder and I stayed here so I could walk to the free shuttle bus on weekends to Eldora Mountain for skiing. The only negative for me was that I left my luggage with them when I went skiing and there was no locking it up nor did I get a ticket or anything. You just had to trust them. It worked out fine but would have preferred something a little more "official".

This hotel is a reasonably-priced, clean and confortable property in the heart of Boulder, within walking distance to CU and the Pearl Street shopping area. We can’t drive at night so this hotel enables us to enjoy events we wouldn’t otherwise be able to get to. Lovely people!
