The air conditioning made the room so cold that it was unpleasant and uncomfortable even after it was turned off unable to open a window to let warm air in checked out first thing. The staff seemed not to care it’s crazy to set aircon on full so that rooms freeze especially in winter in dubai when if anything you need to heat the room when it’s cool outside

This is by far the worst hotel. You make a booking 2wks in advance and upon arriving at the hotel the staff say they are fully booked. Why do you accept bookings if you can't hold much of a capacity? Anyone wants to book this hotel be prepared for a rude shock.

The front desk staff very unprofessional, rude, and they looked like they had no idea what they are doing. Going up towards the room, the hallways were completely filthy, looked like they haven’t been cleaned…never? The room was the same, dirty, the sheets were stained and no towels in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame because the area is lovely.
