Grundsätzlich hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, leider sind die Wände sehr hellhörig und man hat schon die kleinste Bewegung aus der Nachbarwohnung gehört.

freundlicher empfang, eingehen auf fragen, hilfe bei der rückflugklärung. die lage, überschaubarkeit ( 29 appts.), die nähe zum kern Sta.Teresas. die matratzen allerdings würden wir zum nächsten basuch gern erneuert sehen und spüren. die austattung der anlage entspricht dem alter der anlage (bau ca 1992).

I liked the positioning, close to main services and the center, not too far from a wonderful beach. I didn't like the location itself because it reminded me a city building more than a holiday location. The Parking is too small, there's no room enough for all the guests. Parking can be very tricky with risk of damage, and sometimes there's no place at all.

Ubicato alla periferia di Santa Teresa è comoda comunque al centro ed alla spiaggia raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. Alloggi ampi e dotati di materiale per cucina, lenzuola fornite e asciugamani a pagamento. Richiesta cauzione di 200 euro solo in contanti - costo obbligatorio per pulizie finali 60 euro. Personale non particolarmente disponibile a fornire informazioni sulla struttura (abbiamo scoperto solo dopo giorni del parcheggio sotterraneo coperto particolare importante in quando il parcheggio esterno è sempre pieno). Nella camera assegnata abbiamo costatato presenza di muffa imputabile alla posizione in ombra ed alla scarsa areazione dei locali. La posizione del residence infine non è segnalata da alcuna indicazione stradale, per fortuna che Santa Teresa è relativamente piccola.
