Second floor room with 2 queens, ocean view, little deck with 2 chairs was everything we hoped for. We kept the sliding door open and listened to the waves all night. The Hi-Tide is located about a half-mile south of the main drag, so it’s quiet and uncrowded. It’s an older hotel, but it’s well taken care of. The room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The ladies that checked us in were courteous and helpful; they gave us a nice room with a great view of the beach, and also good recommendations for a place to eat. The next morning I wanted to surprise my husband with a second night at the hotel, and Kaelee made it happen! I would stay here again.

The Hi-Tide is a great place to stay close to the Prom at Seaside with easy beach access. Our partial view king room featured a microwave/refrigerator with dishwater, a gas fireplace, and a roll away bed. Staff are so kind! Pool is adequate and breakfast is basic; Knowing this, we feel it is a fair trade for such an easy walk to the beach. Next time, we will get a balcony room so we can see the amazing view and awesome sunsets.
