Don't be cheated by the photos here. This hotel is below par and poorly managed. 1. I arrived early in the morning on the check-in date and wanted to leave my luggage at the counter. The management refused and said the best they could do is for me to put it at an unwatched corner of the front lobby, at my own risk. 2. The room I stayed was dusty, if not filthy，and smelled rotten. It seems that their staff seldom or never wipe the furniture and windowsill etc. You could see dust and dirt on the side of chairs, and basically everywhere. The bed was not comfortable.mainly because the mattress was old and of poor quality. The sheets were smelly as well. 3. The "smart functions" of the once state-of-the-art toilet were all out of order. After you used it, in a funny way, you have to press one button to flush and another one to refill water. Although 2 Heaven is without doubt conveniently located and is only a couple minutes away from the subway station, I will NOT recommend to any well-prepared travellers..

部屋の鍵が閉まらなかった。 下水の臭いが強かった。 タッチキーの番号を教えてもらえてなかった。 部屋が豆電球並みに暗くて、壁紙が剥がれていたり、壁に穴が空いていた。

部屋は広かったが、 とにかく不衛生、排水溝の匂いがきつく タオルやベッドにはシミがあった。 網戸や壁は穴があいていて、ティッシュで塞いであったし、禁煙のはずなのにタバコのゴミが置いてあり 十分に掃除もされていない。 しかも、確かに予約しているのに確認できず 10分近くチェックインに時間がかかり 名簿から自分の名前を探せと、、 駅から近いのはとてもよかったが 二度と泊まらない。
