I was unlucky in getting a ground level room facing the street and parking lot, but apart from that the room was great, specially considering what I paid for it. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming if you do not eat meat (which I do not) or gluten (which I do not). This was more than compensated by a great atmosphere in the restaurant / breakfast area. Also, if you like meat, there was an abundance of different variations.

The information wasn’t good enough, not clear, too many messages from the hotel throughout the stay (online) and the costumer service was non.

The receptionist at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great and actually very quiet on our hotel floor didn’t hear anything from the other rooms. Our room was decent, although the tv didn’t work and the screen gave off a light the whole day and night. We had to cover it with a towel. There was a half drunken water bottle left maybe from a previous guest.

Vistelsen var bra men sängarna var ganska hårda. Relaxen var lite nedgången med trasig duschållare etc. Både relax och rum kunde ha haft en högre finish på ytskikt samt varit bättre rengjorda. Dushprodukterna med Black orchid tyckte vi inte luktade gott alls tyvärr.

Fick ett rum med "fönster" rakt in i restaurangen så det blev mycket märkligt när man drog bort gardinen och tittade rakt på en ätande gäst vid ett bord. Fanns ingen information alls om detta i bokningen. Brukar stå "fönsterlös" i informationen och det borde ha stått på detta också eftersom det inte var ett brukbart fönster och man dessutom var tvungen att ha fördraget p g a middagsgäster i en restaurang. MYCKET KNEPIGT! Sen var där dammigt i TV-skåpet, hål i toalettlocket och det gick inte att låsa dörren, något var i vägen, verkade vara något fel på hela mekaniken.
