The hotel is and room is very clean. We got a room on the “premium floor” without knowing. With that room, we got toiletries were by Bvlgari, boxes of chocolates, boxes of skincare, as well as a voucher for very delicious cream puffs and drinks from a pastry store close to the Fuji Q amusement park. We also had the opportunity to go to the rooftop for a view of Mt. Fuji. The room was extremely spacious. Buffet breakfast was included with a variety of foods.

The Highlands Resort and Spa is a wonderful hotel. Excellent service began the moment we walked into the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged car service for us multiple times during our stay. The restaurants were nice and the food was delicious. We had a view of Mt Fuji and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful resort!
