Hotel Emma was much better than expected. Reception was extremely friendly, theres a range of teas and coffees available to anyone in the hotel too. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel is right by the route 4 and route 7 tram stop as well as the metro which makes getting round really easy. Would definitely return when back in Rotterdam

The staff were really nice and helped us when we had an issue (not due to hotel) the best they could. I absolutely loved the friendliness and the Willingness to help. If you have questions or a problem they always try to solve it. And the location is perfectly central. You want to see Rotterdam on foot you are perfect here. But also the Tram has a station very nearby, without disturbing. You are hungry: every 2 minutes you‘ll find very good restaurants & streetfood of nearly every nationality.
