Exceptional!
From check in to check out, I had a great experience at the Nest hotel! Staffs were very professional and friendly, clean, updated room. They have 24 hours open convenience store, room service available until 1 am, that helped my late time checked in. If I need to stay near ICN airport in the future, I'll definitely book this hotel again!

Nice room design
Love my deluxe twin room design, but it's really for couples with the semi-see through bathroom door. Not much near-by as it's located far out, but seems like a great get away for the locals, and it has other amenities that I didn't have a chance to try. Front desk staffs are great, but other hotel (same class) staff were a little more attentive and caring, just by comparison of my own experience.

Check in is by number have to go to machine and get a number to be in que.The staff did not make process clear and a lengthy wait .No early check in allowed regardless if rooms available . Hotel Charges 55000 KRW per person to use pool . Should be complimentary like everywhere else (example Vietnam) Ordered burger ,fries and onion rings at restaurant the burger meat was very undercooked . The hotel description had said 10 minutes from Incheon airport but it’s more like 25 minutes. While the check in desk staff were kind and professional, some of the other staff members such as the ones in concierge desk were unprofessional and very rude. We arrived in the evening due to flight delay and bad weather so it was hard to find a parking space. When we asked a staff member where to park, she was brushed us off saying ‘park anywhere’ and left. No help whatsoever. The next morning another staff member (half bald guy at the concierge) came up to us and demanded that we move our car, though there was nothing wrong with where we parked the car. Then, after moving the car, he followed my mother around insisting that she parks her car ‘properly’ in a very rude manner when it was parked perfectly fine. The lack of professionalism and hospitality is makes me not want to visit this hotel again.

Always a great choice for a quick stopover at Incheon. The shuttle is quite punctual, although a bit delayed on my departure to the airport due to a passenger looking for a lost item. Otherwise, everything was as crisp and hospitable as ever.
