We stayed in the family room. It was very spacious! There was 2 bedrooms. The bathroom was very clean. When we arrived the breakfast room was under construction so we received food vouchers to a nearby cafe but eventually the breakfast room reopened. The breakfast was great! So many options. There was no AC but there were fans in each rooms. Also something to note, there is no conditioner. The location was amazing! Close to so many attractions. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I loved our stay here ! The size of the room is great! We stayed in 5 different hotels over our honeymoon and this one was our favorite! It was the largest of all the rooms we stayed in, and the most comfortable bed as well. The elevator was great as well, many of our hotels in Europe we had to carry our bags up flights of stairs so this was a nice touch. The location was also perfect! Overall amazing stay here!

This is a magnificent old hotel with lots of character. The breakfast is very good and coffees are available in the lobby. The parking is about a 7 minute walk away and you cannot stop in front of hotel to unload luggage. It is in the middle of the tourist area so easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

The room did not had Aircondition, when the window was open, it was very noisy from the street. The booking I made through hotels.com and I am a gold member , asked for late check out which was not a problem For 100 euro which I gave up knowing that it should be a benefit and charged. I looked a single room super last minute not expecting much. Room was small, but had everything I needed and a chandelier to boot. All the super luxury shopping was super close (1 block to the LV, Chanel, Hermes stores). I haven’t had an actual key in awhile and was scared to lose it. I left it at the front desk and they kept it, so, I didn’t have to worry about it as I traveled around the city. The breakfast included was nice and just what I needed to start my days. Friendly staff.

This is an old property that has been updated in a way that does not respect its older splendor. People at the front desk are great. The breakfast is wonderful, with friendly people taking care of food matters. I feel that the security of the hotel was somewhat lacking, as people could come in through the driveway and just go up the elevator. Also, there were smoking ash trays by the elevator that smokers used -- so the smell from the ash trays and the smokers were unavoidable. The location is just FANTASTIC and makes up for some of the problems. But I think they could do better by fixing these problems..

Beautiful room and helpful staff in a pretty unbeatable location. The room was a little stuffy and because windows opened onto a walkway we couldn’t leave them open over night, but that was really our only complaint!
