Boa estadia
O quarto e o ambiente é bem confortável, mas para o check-in foi necessário aguardar em uma fila enorme por quase 1 hora, não nos passaram todas as informações necessárias. No café da manhã havia filas enormes pois as pessoas estavam aguardando reposição de comida ou pratos. Mas a comida era ótima, tanto do café como no jantar.

Vale à pena.
Hotel muito bom. Só precisa padronizar as roupas de cama e toalhas. Somente após a troca veio um conjunto de qualidade pois o primeiro jogo de toalhas e lençóis estavam terríveis.

Gostamos muito do atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, a única coisa que não foi legal foi o banheiro que não tinha um cheiro agradável saindo do esgoto ( ralo) deixou muito a desejar, sugiro trocar os ralos por ralos com tampa evitaria esse incômodo, fora isso, gostamos de tudo.

O hotel é uma ótima opção para se passar um final de semana, no entanto, não é recomendável para aquelas pessoas que pensam em passar mais dias, pois as únicas opções de lazer é o parque localizado em frente ao hotel, as refeições são agradáveis, no entanto os quartos pecam em condições básicas como a falta de ar condicionado na sala e o chuveiro que sai pouca água.

Passeio em família divertido.
A estrutura do hotel é boa, o atendimento foi bom, atendentes educados, check-in e checkout rápido. O que pecou foi no conforto dos quartos. Os colchões são péssimos, tive duas noites de sono horriveis. A limpeza estava adequada. Instalações de lazer são boas, apesar do parque de diversões precisar de manutenção nas piscinas, brinquedos desbotados e esguichos de água nas piscinas infantis entupidos de sujeira.
