Great location. Helpful staff at reception. However food service was extremely poor. Very slow and I had to ask twice where food was. Plus shuttle service booked for 10.20am didnt turn up till 11am, after further calls which was disappointing.

Downside hotel had an issue with the fire alarm that meant first night there it was going off and on between 9-12pm. After being up from 230am to travel we were shattered. Very convenient if you’re going to be out and about all day and only really need to rest and freshen up in between. Room was on the smaller side. Excellent staff service, very helpful. Great location, easy to access all the main tourist points and loads of food options around. Have to say, excellent for shopping if that’s what you like!
