The hotel was perfect and very central if you want to be near the most elegant area of Madrid. The hotel is located in what was likely a office building or apartments, now transformed into the hotel and other establishments. It was comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. The price was reasonable and Id stay again and readily recommend the hotel to friends.

Location is perfect, in the city center in the middle of plaza del sol and plaza de España, you almost don’t need any transportation, good service and attention, I love the hotel, definitely next time I will stay here.

This hotel is centrally located, that’s the only plus. It’s very small, rooms are very tight. There’s no space in the bathroom, the shower splashes water everywhere. It’s inside a mixed used building. I won’t recommend it. May be good for a solo traveler for a day.

Great location, not the best service. If you get there before 8:00am, you’ll have to wait in the street to check in until they open. Take into consideration that it’s a shared building.

It feels like a three-star hotel. Please note that check-in and check-out are not available 24 hours a day. They will tell you the procedure even if no one is there. However, it is better to inform them and communicate in advance. If you are just going to sleep, it is a decent hotel. It was well cleaned. There is no USB type power supply, so a transformer is required. Surprisingly No water was provided.

Terrible hotel

The hotel is in a good location but it is terrible is in a 5 floor of a very okd building you have to ring several doors to go in, the wifi does not work at all in my room 504 I complined and they did not care, the room is very small and it is not very clean, they did not change my towells in tree days, the breakfast in the 4 floor is very poor they are plenty of restaurants around in La Gran Via. In general people fron reception were not the most wellcome people very cold!

Pois tinham 2h pra fazer a limpeza do quarto.
