Hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, rooms are fine but a bit ‘over-engineered’. Why do I need a remote control to shut the curtains and an app to call reception? Breakfast was good, but we were asked at least 5 times each meal how everything was - could we scan a qr code to review them on google and mention servers by name. The service itself was good, but this was so irritating by the last day we just had a Quico coffee and left. And then there’s the request for a ‘voluntary’ tip at the breakfast buffet which is the first time we’ve seen that anywhere in the world. Overall - there are better hotels in Bogotá, but our stay wasn’t unpleasant.

NO air conditioner
While the hotel was very pretty and modern, the rooms DON'T have air conditioner and were very small spaces. It wasn.t comfortable at all. Even though, the city's temperature was fresh, at night we had a difficult time to sleep because we felt hot. The service was slow and not client oriented.

No air conditioning in room
At 11:30 pm I found out my room didn’t have air conditioning and that they can send a fan so I can sleep during the night, that wasn’t aceptable and requested a room change, not a fun day to start getting everything into my luggage again !
