    Good for the purpose

it was a good spot for local attractions, only stayed overnight

The place being renovated. Location is ideal close to many attractions. No free breakfast as advertised due to COVID. Indoor pool is open but we didn't try it. Room is VERY outdated but clean. For the price and location, its okay to stay to this hotel, lower your expectations and you'll be alright. Its a spring break and most hotels are booked and pricey, and other hotels reviews around the area are horrible. Atleast, this place is clean and within the budget, just to sleep in for 2 nights, its okay.

Overall, the hotel wasn’t bad. The hotel was located in a great location around a lot of attractions. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cleanliness of the room. The bed comforter had a lot of stains on it and was not changed even after calling the front desk.

Although under renovation, was clean and quiet. Excellent cost and location to local attractions. Staff was VERY pleasant and informative about the attractions.

    Quaint and cute.

The bed was very comfy and the linens were nice and soft. The pool area was under construction and the surface was uneven and I tripped a couple of times. The close on-site parking was nice and readily available until Friday night when we had to park a bit further away (not too far but far enough as I have mobility issues). Staff was pleasant.

Desk associates need to find some joy and happine.

Our stay was great. But the friendliness of the counter people we rude. When you try and ask questions they would cut you off very short and rude. The place was going through some renovations and wasn’t bad, but you couldn’t get around with ease. And when they say balconies on the river some may but most only get a glimpse. Clean rooms, great beds and very equipped with towels etc. I guess my only true complaint is the rudeness of the old woman that checked me in and the equally rude old gentleman that checked me out. They need to find another area of work if they need to work. Our Stu was 2/26-2/28 2021.

It was so uncomfortable. The bed was aweful. It was very very small. It was under renovations which we didnt know nor were told. The lady at the front was unpleasant. It just wasnt like the pictures and the bed was just the worst.

    It’s ok

I’ll start with the positive. The important things were clean, the bed, bathroom. The indoor pool was the warmest I’ve ever been in. But..... that indoor pool isn’t nearly as big as It looks in the pictures, that’s ok, the bad part is the room it’s in isn’t heated at all and every time the door open to someone coming in from the outside it gets even colder. It was brutal getting out of that warm water to the freezing cold to grab a towel and try to get to your room as quickly as possible. There was lots of dust on things like light fixtures in the room and you could tell it had been there a while. The heating/ac unit was disgusting I was a little worried to be breathing air coming out of it. They were doing some construction when we were there so maybe some of these things will get upgraded soon. The staff was very nice as well. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I was left with no choice.
