Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette. The spa facilities are a must. I wish the pool had a pool bar. My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Some of the restaurants were not available due to the current situation. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had a good variety, the staff put a smile on your face,the ambience was nice. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast and dinner buffet. The smell around the breakfast area was unpleasant and affected the overall dining experience. In addition, the variety and quality of the buffet, both for breakfast and dinner, were not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel, especially a Sofitel, and I got shocked to know that beverage are not included in my dinner buffet and I have 2 small kids however the person who is in charge was so helpful and brought for my daughter's water!! I was honestly surprised, as I had much higher expectations. On a positive note, the staff have been extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly, and I truly appreciate their excellent service, but for the hotel itself was not as excpected
