Not a bad stay, but arriving and being told we couldn't use the airport shuttle when it was listed as an amenity and I'd tried to request it 7 hours prior put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Very nice room and bathtub. Nice hidden pool in the back. Our only complaint was the mattress and pillows - too hard for my American taste (but pretty normal for Thais). We didn’t have breakfast - so no comments on that. Otherwise - top notch place!

The bed was really good but the hotel need a make over. The water in the shower will never be hot and everything is a bit worn out. Even the internet was super slow 😊 The gym is a very good gym for a hotel. I never used the pool. It's on the ground floor and I don't think the sun can come down there The location is okay. It will take max 10 min. walk to the Metro. But if you get a good price and not expect a very modern hotel it's a fine choice and the staff is nice.

Breakfast varied and was great every day. Selections of egg bar, dumplings, baos, to various rice, meats, noodles, fresh fruit and desserts. The rooms are 99% sound proof, only sound is some very light sounds through the front door, otherwise super quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. There is some age noticeable to the floor and walls, some needs repainting and polishing the wood floor would be a nice touch. The toilet mechanism, shower fixture, and bathroom sink knobs could use a touch from maintenance. It would also be amazing if the beside light switches were functioning. Overall a decent deal for the space but there are other hotels in comparable areas that are almost new and with very close square footage at the same price. I stayed mostly to experience the neighborhood but may consider the other The Quarter hotel next time.

The room was large, an apartment really. It was clean and the sheets were clean but the apartment needs renovating. Visible cracks in the wall for instance - nothing major. But noticeable. The TV was useless, so slow and laggy that I lost patience trying to use it. Despite the room being super clean (and I do recommend the hotel to be honest) we did find a cockroach in our apartment. Perhaps it came up through a drain or from the hallway. But you know, not a great experience. Perhaps my room was slighlty more outdated than the rest. The good things about the hotel were: the amazing gym, nice pool and bar area and a great location in the Silom area. The room was also affordable. All in all, I would stay again but probably opt for another room.

Our room was fantastic with everything we needed and was huge. The hotel bar is only small and not open much. The pool area is lovely although again only small. The area the hotel is located in does not have many bars, shops etc. There is a food market opposite which is great for fast food but it is not where you'd go for a nice meal. We walked to lumpini park which took around 30 mins and also a walk to Patpong night market was around 35 mins. If you are getting a taxi from the airport be warned our taxi driver spoke no English and the hotel isn't one of the big ones they know so we had to use google translate for him to understand where we wanted to go. I wouldn't stay here again just because the area doesn't have a lot around it but the hotel is very nice if you are just stopping en route eleswhere.
