Really good location. The bed was super comfortable however the shower / bath were poorly designed as water just flowed everywhere and it could really do with being fully updated. The chairs and sofa were also very uncomfortable and the room we had felt very dark. The breakfast however was fantastic and the breakfast staff were brilliant.

I was upgraded to a premium suite which was very nice but the space was too cold and I couldn't adjust the aircon to make it warmer. The lift was next door and it made clunking noises which were disturbing. The bed was a very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There wasn't much around the hotel in terms of shops and restaurants.

This was my first stay at The Quarter. Initially I was not impressed. The building and the rooms are “tired” to put it mildly and need upgrading, modernization and renovation. However, the staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful. The gym is very good, the pool is adequate, the location is superb and the deluxe suites are great. It’s excellent value for the money. Many thanks to the manager and his team. Very nice group of people!

Large room with kitchen, fridge, separete dining area and coach, plus bedroom and bathroom. Some maintenance issues related to bathroom, tv and wifi, otherwise good and modern facilities. Good and varied buffet breakfast served from 6am in the ground floor breakfast room. Nice lobby area with ample sitting/waiting spaces. Welcoming and polite personell, attentive to guests needs.

Location is excellent. Room was large, (9th FLR), clean. Whole hotel needs to be refurbished from top to bottom, decent checkin area should be a priority and the restaurant /bar area requires a huge upgrade along with pool area. All towels need to be replaced as they are worn & threadbare. Bed & pillows comfortable. Breakfast average. Laundry didn’t use.
