I was upgraded to a premium suite which was very nice but the space was too cold and I couldn't adjust the aircon to make it warmer. The lift was next door and it made clunking noises which were disturbing. The bed was a very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. This was my first stay at The Quarter. Initially I was not impressed. The building and the rooms are “tired” to put it mildly and need upgrading, modernization and renovation. However, the staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful. The gym is very good, the pool is adequate, the location is superb and the deluxe suites are great. It’s excellent value for the money. Many thanks to the manager and his team. Very nice group of people!

Whole hotel needs to be refurbished from top to bottom, decent checkin area should be a priority and the restaurant /bar area requires a huge upgrade along with pool area. All towels need to be replaced as they are worn & threadbare. Bed & pillows comfortable. Breakfast average. Laundry didn’t use.

Hello, I would like to say that. When I checked in the front desk, personnel was excellent. They didn't have my room available for me. The first night, but the remaining nights that I spent there, they gave me an upgrade, and everything was perfect. I cannot believe that I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate. I went to the spa, and the people in the spa was amazing. Everything it was just excellent 5 stars. I want to say thank you very much. To everyone and I'm coming back for 2 more days around the first week of September. This will be my favorite place to stay while I am in bangkok. I wanna thank you very, very much. See you soon
