The staff are really friendly with my kids and the concierge staff do a great job. No hotel can be a good experience without exceptional staff and i must say the staff here are exceptional. From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming towards me and my two sons. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were kept clean at all times. The pool was clean and maintained a good temperature. The beach area was great my only wish would be to have some seating by the beach. We love the staff, the location and the managers and the concierge. The guys that clean our room were amazing

Yes unobstructed beach and sea views. Clean room nice staff, so friendly, walking distance to shops and restaurants, right in the heart of JBR. Great location for first timers. Only thing I didn’t love was the pool but it’s fine, there s the beach, and we did beach clubs so it’s fine. There was a great place for us as our first hotel stop to rest and get acquainted with JBR. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety,
