The hotel was nice. Unfortunately it was super crowded with families for the holidays. Buffet is same every night and very hard to order food from room if you don't speak Chinese. The hot springs next door were crowded, unprepared for the crowd and lots of rule breakers. Not the hotel's fault but still an fyi. The springs are lovely but people abuse them Very sad. The hotel is nice but don't go during a holiday.

Best in chaohu
Pool is nice.. breakfast and dinner steak was good. The fruit pizza was not very good but.overall most food was good. Nearby i suggest to go to the hot springs and ziwei cave. ...easy check in.. we got free upgrade. Wifi was also good

Calm quiet and relaxing
It was a nice stay and the hot springs next door are lovely. Here the breakfast is great and thedinner at chinese restaurant was nice too. Pool was nice. The grounds of the hotel are scenic and nice too

outstanding!!!
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time!! We arrived rather late after a grotty train ride from Heifei. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty!! Nothing was too much trouble from the hotel managers to the cleaning staff. Everyone polite and so helpful!! Clean rooms, fantastic food, and the little personal touches everywhere!! Well done to the managers and staff for providing such a fantastic service!!!

nice hotel
The hotel grounds and the rest of the hardware is great, on par or better than other Holiday Inn facilities in the US. It is a little bit off the beaten path, so if you don't have a car, taxi is your only option. They will call you a taxi, but the taxi charges Y15 extra. Actually this is not a lot. The hot spring is within walking distance. They have a little cart that can take you there and back for free. The hotel offers a discount for two per room per day for the hot spring. We had some food poisoning. (could happen in the best hotels) They bent over backwards to help us, and cooked us special food.
