Hotel is a few steps away from the beach, very convenient location. The restaurant in the first level is noisy at night for the south building. They have some pet friendly rooms, but you have to clean yourself because room service for pet rooms is limited. Otherwise, continental breakfast is nice. Rooms are comfortable.

The hotel was clean and offers a pool, laundry and extra bathroom on the 2nd floor in case extra people from room need bathroom at the same time. It would have been helpful if the staff knew more about the 4th of July festivities-like the best place to see them from the far from the boardwalk. Could families go to the beach that is near there to see or would they need to walk to 125th. Etc.

Staff were friendly. The bedroom area was nice enough. I like that it was not carpeted. Bathroom was quite small and could be cleaner. It was not updated, but for how old the bathroom was, it was in good condition. But the faucet was low and you couldn’t fit a water bottle under it. Easy access to the beach. The satellite TV was spotty and often not working in the thunderstorm but had good channels. The pool was big enough but needed to be cleaned. No breakfast. Did have a nice sized fridge, microwave, and garbage can. Only stayed one night so it was good enough.
