For the price it would be nice if this property would include complementary coffee at minimum, maybe even a coffee maker. I stayed in a cabaña, the AC doesn't cool the room enough. The owner should invest in some black out curtains, the ones that were there were very thin, so all the light from the sun wakes you up. Overall, it was good. More can be included for the price. Staff was excellent! Place was clean,

Great view but cabins were more like glamping

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the cabins. People were super friendly and the views terrific, walking distance to the Cahal Pech mayan ruins. Nice pool and convenient restaurants. The patio had a hammock and had lovely breezes in the afternoon. The bedroom itself had no frills, a very weak AC which didn't cool it down very much at night. The mosquito screens were all damaged so we couldn't open the windows to let whatever breeze in (though the palapa ceiling had enough gaps that the mosquitos would probably come in anyway). The patio had enough gaps that the iguanas would poop all over the patio every night so don't leave anything out on the patio. Hotel staff would clean it every day but first thing in the morning, they would be all there covered with ants. It really was more of a glamping experience than a resort experience. If you are squeamish about bugs, lizards, etc, try to stay in the main building as I assume those rooms are sealed a bit better.

Gorgeous location overlooking San Ignacio!! Close to town and convenient to local sites. Staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. The cottage/cabana was the perfect size for two and well maintained. Loved the screened porch with hammock and chairs … and amazing views! Very nice pools and restaurant. Only caution is that the cottages are on the hill so there’s some walking to do. Would definitely stay at Cahal Pech Village Resort again.

I stayed three nights at this hotel. It was a great value. I stayed in a cabana with a really nice view. My air conditioning didn’t work properly, so the staff brought me a fan and offered to change rooms. Being late at night, I chose to stay and it was fixed the next day. I loved both of the restaurants and the pools were great. The hotel staff connected me with another guest and we did a fun day trip to Caracol. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights as part of our first stop in Belize. We must thank Lenny for so much help while booking everything before getting there!! From the time we landed our driver that met us at the airport was friendly and helpful. We ate a beautiful dinner over looking the valley after checking in with a very friendly and welcoming staff. The next day we had set up 2 excursions with the resort to visit Xunantunich and go cave tubing, which included a fabulous breakfast and lunch. Our driver for the whole day was Richard and he was by far one of the best people we met. During our Xunantunich tour we had the Amazing guide named Junior. His jokes and knowledge of the ruins were 10/10. We had a nice dip in the pool after getting back and it was very nice. For dinner we reserved the bone fire and had the very sweet server Israel. Dinner was lovely and the company was wonderful. Highly recommend everything we did for those few days for a group or just a couple. The only regret is that we didn’t have more time. Hope to come back here in the future for more fun and relaxation.

nice view, nice sushi restaurant, nice cabina. I didn't like the pool policy. They allow locals to use the pool all day Saturday for 10 Bz... no problem except when our guests arrived they were told they couldn't use the pool because it was at capacity. You should always prioritize the guests of those staying at the hotel before the general public.
