More than 600 CHF a night for worse than three star hotel condition. Room was big, but not even basic amenities were available such as tooth paste. Breakfast was simple but ok. Stayed about 7 days and left to another hotel, because horrible insistent at the spa. The spa got a large nice swimming pool ( that was the only reason we stayed there) however a hotel guard is very aggressive and we left because he run in to the females shower screaming and threatening to me and my young 11y old daughter ( who was on the shower). He knew we were there but decided to come in there to scream and threaten us, because we were a few minutes late the spa closing time. It was really scary experience. Please be very careful there especially if you are a female. The security guard is dangerous and capable for anything.

Das Hotel wurde auf das Minimum heruntergefahren. Auch in Sachen Service am ersten Abend. Katastrophe. Für ein 4 sterne Hotel sehr schlecht. Die Zimmerpreise entsprachen nicht der Bestätigung durch Expedia!!!!
