The efficiency of the hotel staff and procedure was incredible. At booking we were not able to secure 2 beds so we enquired at the front desk during check-in. They did not have the room configuration for us but gave us a proposal to have the sofa converted to a bed which we gladly accepted. When we proceeded immediately to our room, housekeeping was already making the final touches for the sofa bed. There were other aspects like providing a birthday cake which also demonstrated their lighting speed reaction.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in. We were here for five nights in a marina view room with a balcony. The pool is fantastic. The staff were all amazing and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Special items (egg free) were made for our daughter at breakfast which she was thrilled about.
