The room we got smelled of cigarette smoke and the wall unit ac was not functioning properly. There was beard trimmings in the sink and the toilet had not been flushed properly. The liquid dispensers in the shower had gunk on them.

Upon my check in the first room when I went into the room, I went to the desk and let them know that the room smelled like an old mop, and the AC was not working. The host came upstairs to check, and then she proceeded to take me to another room, but she took me to that room. The room was OK. I asked about the ice. She told me that the ice machine you would have to turn it on. It took all night for the ice machine to come on so I will not be coming back there to stay anymore.
