The night time front desk employee was very helpful -check in for 15 people was easy and quick. I called the morning of flight and was told a shuttle would arrive at 1:00 am it did not and I had to call again and then he arrived 20 minutes after 1:00. Your process needs to be improved

For the price, some would expect better service, Rooms are ok, but lack of drinking water as a welcoming gesture. (they want us to pay for it) Breakfast was tasteless, not many choices, no fruit, coffee was not even strong, they expect us to drink coffee on a paper cup that leaks after 5 minutes. "Efficiency" room had all we needed for just one night before a flight. The room is super cozy, so I would not want to stay with a family more than one night. The hotel is brand new, so of course everything is nice and clean. Just an FYI that the property is directly beneath the flight path, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We missed breakfast because it starts at 6:00 am, and that was our shuttle time. Be sure to schedule the airport shuttle the night before, or you may not have a seat!

The hotel was well managed and the staff super helpful and friendly. I arrived at the hotel and was checked in and in my room within 10 minutes, including parking my vehicle. The location was a little confusing but once there easy I had no issues. The distance from the airport was about 5 minutes - and depending on the time of day is the amount of traffic that you will find. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a location near the airport for a quick night or two. I cannot attest to staying longer as I was only there the one night. Again, the staff was super friendly and helpful and they do provide airport transfers if you are not renting a vehicle or driving in.

On the positive side, the property is fairly new, so the rooms are in good condition. But the airport shuttle, which the description says can be arranged beyond the scheduled runs, I was told was completely full during the night hours (I had a very late flight arrival), which is very hard to believe (it would mean 8 passengers landing every hour of the night; a far more credible explanation is that it does not run throughout the night as promised). So, I had to book my own taxi, at my own expense. The state of cleanliness left much to be desired, which hair messes in several places in my room. The room was noisy, as it faced the front of the property. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service, but no shuttle ever arrived. We tried calling the hotel for over an hour and a half with no answer, and had to called U.S customer service and they were also unable to reach anyone. When we finally arrived, we explained the situation to the front desk manager Ms. Garcia but she showed no concern and no willingness to help or resolve the issue. Because of the delay, we lost valuable time, had to pay for an Uber, and cancel our dinner plans. While the hotel itself is new and clean, the lack of customer service from the front desk manager left us with a very negative impression.
