The room was on the small side but adequate for 1-2 nights. The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. The bathroom functions but needs updating. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker was a nice touch and all for a very reasonable price for Rockaway Beach. I would have liked to see some teabags for non coffee drinkers like myself. The front desk clerk was very helpful, he gave us a wine opener when we forgot ours. I would stay here again.

The only issue we had during our stay was getting locked out on the balcony. Staff was very quick to respond and we were let back in within minutes. The patio door probably needs some maintenance. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Rooms were big! Clean and well maintained. Lots of pillows in each bed. Walk right to the beach for the parking lot. Full size coffee machine! Full size fridge! The staff were all friendly. Pool was clean. Ice machine was easy to get to and use.

The room had recently been redone. Great lighting in the bathroom above the mirror. Poor lighting in the bed area. A single chair would have been nice to have in addition to the bed. Also, missed having Kleenex available. The heater wasn’t working the first night and there was no way to get a hold of anyone. It was taken care of the next day and we were happy to have heat and be warm the second night.

Nothing is better than a clean, affordable, safe, and nice room when it's sunny at the Oregon Coast! Even though it was spring break for the kids in OR, I was able to book this spot last minute, for a solo fun trip. It's right next to the beach, and down the road from stores and restaurants. Even though it's an older property, it's been kept up, and I had a great night's sleep.
