We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient.When an unexpected water leakage issue arose before our arrival, they promptly moved us to another apartment and even provided complimentary parking as a gesture of goodwill, which was greatly appreciated. Their response was professional, efficient, and customer-focused. A special mention from our children: they absolutely loved the comfortable beds that folded out from the wall! In fact, they preferred staying here to the all-inclusive hotel we had stayed at beforehand, which says a lot. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. Excellent communication, a great location, a clean and comfortable apartment, and outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very convenient close to the beach, restaurants and parking garage. Personally, I wouldn’t stay in the hotel like in Laspalomas.
