Very small studio units within walking distance of the city centre. Clean and modern, fairly well equipped kitchenette. On a noisy road so not possible to leave windows open at night; no air conditioning unit, just a fan. The curtains are not blackout, so an eye-mask and ear plugs are desirable. Limited (free) on-site open-air parking. There is an underground car park but there were no spaces available there. Despite this, it is much cheaper than other local hotels.

Die Garagen Stellplätze sind für Fahrzeuge bis 1,60cm Höhe und max. 2.000kg ausgelegt. Selbst mein PKW, der von den Maßen gepasst hätte, war knapp 200kg zu schwer, sodass wir in der Nachbarschaft parken mussten. Das Bad roch auch nach mehrmaligen duschen stark nach Abfluss. Der Gestank war besonders morgens sehr störend. Insgesamt war das Studio nicht wirklich sauber. Am Waschbecken im Bad und in der Küche waren noch Flecken von vorherigen Besuchern. Die Handtücher haben extrem viele Flusen abgegeben, sodass man sich nicht gut abtrocknen konnte. Trotz höherer Kategorie, lag das Studio direkt ganz vorne zur Straße, sodass es sehr laut im Zimmer war. Obwohl es tagsüber lediglich 21-25 grad waren, blieb das Apartment auch bei offenen Fenstern über Nacht unangenehm warm.

Zimmer sehr sauber und neu gemacht; Nur eine Treppenstufen hat etwas Spiel gehabt. Mitarbeiter nur am Telefon erreichbar oder von der Reinigungsfirma aber alle sehr nett. Die Tiefgarage hat Etagen, war für uns kein Problem aber muss man vielleicht wissen.
