I have to rate this a 3 as a blend of 1s and 5s
5 - great location, close to Mega Caverns and Zoo
1 - No one checks you in or makes breakfast - you make your own breakfast
1 or 5 - it is very old. That can be cool/interesting, or can be annoying. For example, the bathtub was in a hole and you could not stand up in it
5 - Beds were super comfortable!
1 - Dust mites ate my son alive in his bed, causing welts
5 - They gave our son his own room as compensation
1 - I had to guilt them into that
3 - Breakfast items were meh
5 - they had milk, eggs, pancake mix and lots of cooking utensils in a huge kitchen
1 - rating myself for being too lazy to do the cooking
5- the grounds were very nice
1 - the exterior light right outside our room went off and on all night, keeping us up
