Seiling was liking , dripping water , air conditioning was not working, , open kitchen was very close to reception because of that very strong dirty smell all the time . Toilet seat was very bad , very uncomfortable sofa bed , winter quilt was very hot in summer

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a clear maintenance issue. In our first room, we noticed water on the floor shortly after checking in. We eventually discovered that it was dripping from the air conditioning system in the hallway area of the room. We requested a room change, but the second room had the exact same problem. The dripping was constant and even made enough noise at night that we had to place a towel on the floor to reduce the sound. What was most frustrating was that, during checkout, it became apparent that the staff was already aware of this issue and that it affected multiple rooms. Since the hotel is still new, it’s disappointing that such an obvious problem has not been resolved. It’s difficult to understand why guests are charged full rates when a known maintenance issue significantly impacts the comfort of their stay.

Hotellet er utmerket og ligger sentralt plassert nær motorvei. Rommene har vannkoker og hårtørker, men ikke kjøleskap. Flott trimrom med nye apparater. Resepsjonen var underbemannet, og man fikk litt vondt av den flinke damen bak disken som måtte håndtere innsjekk, matbestillinger, øltapping og telefoner samtidig - alene😅

Alt i alt, veldig fint hotell. Frokosten fremsto som noe enkel, det ble ikke fylt opp underveis, vi måtte spørre etter flere ting, og det virket som beskjeden ble borte på vei til kjøkkenet. Det var lite utvalg i forhold til lignende hoteller, men helt ok. Rommet og personalet var veldig bra, og hotellet er kjempefint. Vi bor gjerne der igjen.

Helt nytt hotell med en del utfordringer. Førsteinntrykk var at det var praktisk, men veldig enkelt. Bra med parkering i kjelleren. God frokost, hyggelig personale. Kaldt innredet i brunt, oransje og beige. Ingen kjøleskap. Det dryppet vann hele natten fra ventilasjonsanlegget som laget en stor dam på gulvet. Var lekkasje i alle rom. Også i førsteetasje, så vi fikk vann på oss fra taket da vi spiste frokost. Ingen informasjon om vi får noe kompensasjon for dette.
