10/10 Exceptional

Bed was comfortable, shower great, quiet, although in a busy part of the city. Restaurants, markets and all tourist sites within easy walking distance. We parked in the free parking lot just over the bridge and walked in. It would be nice to have a hot pot or in-room coffee machine, but the price point for the room is reasonable. We experienced a frightening incident with a staff member, but another staff member intervened, and everything was ok. The hotel has issued us a refund, so they have made it right. We appreciate that very much, thank you.
