I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. I have stayed at numerous hotels, and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff were outstanding. Karolina was particularly kind and efficient, adding great value to my stay.

I had a really great stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was good too. Check-in and check-out were super easy, with clear instructions, so everything went smoothly. The communication was great, and they were really helpful throughout my stay and the team were very responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, everything was straightforward, the place was well looked after, and I had no complaints. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

8/10 Very good

The hotel is situated centrally in Prague with easy access to busses, trams, and metro. The staff there understand English, so, although there's no reception, things went smoothly. We had to phone management late one evening, and this was handled professionally. If I am to criticize a little bit, I'd have liked for the curtains to block out more light. However, I bought a sleep mask which did the job. Michael, Denmark

Siisti asunto keskeisellä paikalla. Astiat ja muut arjessa tarvittavat ok. TVn asetuksia emme saaneet tehtyä. Laskutasoja olisi voinut olla WC ja huoneet. Eteisessä saisi olla naulakko ulkovaatteille ja kenkäteline. Roskakorit voisivat olla isompia. Hiljainen ja turvallinen ympäristö. Suosittelen!
