The staff were polite and kind but the rooms were disgusting. The night we got there there were cockroaches in the room so they changed us to another room, and the following night there were also cockroaches in the new room. We ended up checking out a day before given how bad it was.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Orlando.It was infested with cockroaches, the towels were old and yellow, and the sheets also had yellow stains.Very different from the photos. The only pleasant thing about the hotel was the reception service.

GOOD MORNING I HAD STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY IN 2018 IT WAS A BIG MESS. PRESENTLY UNDER NEW MGMT I AM AMAZED WOW SO PERFECT..CLEAN AND FELT LIKE HOME VERY COZY AND COMFORTABLE. REGARDING THE STAFF ALL WERE SO POLITE. BUT I WANT TO SPECIFICALLY NAME MISS TINA AND MISS KATERINE WOWW THEY BOTH WERE VERY VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.
